Design Wall

I have wanted a design wall for a really long time. I finally decided how to make it. I bought a $5 vinel tabelcloth and put a large hem in one end. I used some quilt hangers that a dear friend helped me make. I just hung it on the wall like a quilt. It doesn't touch the wall, so I hope it will still hold everything up. It is 60 inches wide. I can use it for baby quilts, lap quilts and hang half of larger quilts. I am really excited about it.
P.S. I forgot to mention for those of you that don't know, that the fabric blocks just stick to the flannel-like backing of the vinel table cloth. I don't have to pin the blocks up there.

Great solution! Pinning blocks to it can't be any heavier than hanging a finished quilt that has batting :-)

I love it! What a great idea, and thrifty too!
